Ever since the dawn of civilization, people have not been content to see events as unconnected and inexplicable. They have craved an understanding of the underlying order in the world. Today we still yearn to know why we are here and where we came from. Humanity\’s deepest desire for knowledge is justification enough for our continuing quest. And our goal is nothing less than a complete description of the universe we live in.

– Stephen Hawking in A Brief History of Time

The tries to understand the complete description has been there from the time we\’ve the thinking minds in the universe. As a scientific approach goes, the \’complete\’ is broken into parts and studied.

However, when these parts come together, they might not form a complete understanding of the universe. Seems like for ages, thinking minds have been involved in solving a jigsaw puzzle, in form of the wide wide universe.

And those who want a solution to their puzzles and either don\’t want to or are unable to understand the theories for various reasons… resort to fantasies that provide them an imaginary answer. It might not be based in science, it might not be based in fact, but one can\’t deny the possibility of truth in that answer.
